UCB Warehouse is a new 69,000 SF headquarters for UCB, a global biopharmaceutical company that develops treatments for people living with severe immunological and neurological conditions. This new three-story facility includes a full corporate office with both large and small 21st-century collaboration spaces, executive board rooms and offices, conference and training spaces, production spaces, hospitality, and seating areas. High-level architectural finishes are included throughout such as custom millwork, wall graphics, and floor/ceiling finishes. The facility also includes a full commercial kitchen and serving area with a catering kitchen on the bottom floor. UCB Warehouse is both WELL and LEED certified – a first for Georgia.
