Greene County Elementary School

New Facility Construction

Evergreen was recently selected as the Construction Manager at-Risk for the Greene County Elementary School in Greensboro, GA. When complete, there will be a new 110K SF Steel frame and metal stud framing building with two levels. The facility will include 55 instructional units that can be expanded to 61 IUs for the future, as well as learning common, exploratory labs, a cafeteria, and a full-service kitchen. The site development includes 9-10 acres including parking for 200+ cars, separate drop-off and pick up areas for cars and buses, playgrounds, a multi-use playfield, and storm water management.
