Greene County Elementary School

New Facility Construction

Evergreen was selected as the Construction Manager at-Risk for the new Greene County Elementary School in Greensboro, GA. The new building is comprised of 110K SF steel frame and metal stud framing with two levels. The facility includes 55 instructional units that can be expanded to 61 IUs for the future, as well as learning common, exploratory labs, a cafeteria, and a full-service kitchen. The site development included 9-10 acres including parking for 200+ cars, separate drop-off and pick up areas for cars and buses, playgrounds, a multi-use playfield, and storm water management.
