A.G. Rhodes Cobb

A.G. Rhodes Cobb is one of the first nursing organizations to be licensed in Georgia, as well as one of a few nonprofit nursing organizations in the state. Renovations to the existing campus will include transforming the semi-private rooms for short care into 58 private rooms, an expanded physical therapy area that will allow for outpatient rehabilitation programming, an upgraded service center, expanded kitchen and laundry rooms, increased storage, and administrative offices. This project also features a brand-new, three-story, 75,000 SF skilled nursing and memory care community building with 72 private rooms. The new building will be divided into six households with 12 private rooms each, residential-scale kitchens, living rooms, and laundry rooms. The expansion and renovations will allow the facility to care for up to 500 individuals a year.
